Areas of work
Members of the personal injury and clinical negligence team will attend inquests on behalf of interested parties in cases in which a fatal accident claim is, or may be, contemplated. Cases in which members have been instructed to attend inquests include road traffic matters, accidents at work, suspected clinical negligence and deaths in custody.
