Areas of work
Members of the team are often involved in criminal prosecutions either brought by the Health and Safety Executive or which involved significant aspects of Health and Safety law, for example prosecutions following outbreaks of Legionnaires’ Disease or industrial accidents. In this area the criminal team are ably supported by members of the personal injury team who practise in the fields of fatal accidents and catastrophic injury.
