The department has a wealth of experience in handling claims involving injuries of the utmost severity. Led by Bill Braithwaite QC on the claimant side, regular training and discussion ensures that expertise in this area is encouraged and fostered. The team covers cases nationwide and members regularly travel to visit clients at home or in hospital.
