Fiona Clancy represents Police Officer acquitted of allegation of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm

Following a 3 day trial, a Lincolnshire Police Officer was unanimously acquitted of an allegation of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm against a member of the public. He was represented by Fiona Clancy of Exchange Chambers.
