Settlement of Ł3.9 million approved by the Court

JC was born on the 3^rd August 1985 and so is now four years two months old. He was injured at birth by the hospital's negligence, and is now suffering from cerebral palsy causing severe physical and cognitive deficits. His life expectancy is reduced by about 10 years.

The following figures were not agreed by the Defendant, but the final settlement of Ł3.9 million was approved by the Court.
